Synopsis: "The gang is invited to London, England when Shaggy is selected to participate in the World Invitational Games. However, a 2000 year old statue named Fortius puts the games in jeopardy."

One of the many great things about Scooby Doo is that you can put the gang in almost any situation. This time, they're in what's pretty much the London Olympics. Heck, it even aired on the opening day of the London Olympics. We have Shaggy and Scooby training for the games in their own special way. It's all really funny even if didn't make much sense sometimes.
There's also a nice mini subplot of Fred trying to pole vault in order to look good in front of the girls. But, of course, everyone is still involved in the mystery, and there's pretty suspenseful scenes. The ending is a brilliant twist. This is a great special.
