Description
Dead Man's Drop
Writers: Sandro Corsaro, Devin Bunje, Nick Stanton, Nate Knetchel, Chris Savino
Date: February 13, 2010
Synopsis: "Kick keeps trying to show everyone that he can beat Dead Man's Drop ramp, The only barrier that is in his way is his older brother Brad, who wants to keep him inside the house so he could take another driver's test."
I don't remember much from Kick Buttowski, but I remember liking it when it was on. If only it was given a better send off. As for this episode, I like it. As the pilot, it gives us a taste of what to expect from the show. Kick is a guy who likes to live on the edge and do stunts. Gunther is a bit slow, but is still a well meaning friend. Brad is a huge jerk, but he gets comeuppance at the end. There's a lot of fun gags in this episode and a nice fight scene. Kick acts pretty believable since he wants to be seen as cool. It was cool to see him pull off his stunt at the end. That ending gag confirmed this as a good episode.
Side Note: Chris Savino was the director and executive producer on this show.

The show had so much potential, it's so insulting that they fucked it all up in the end!
